The project seeks to provide the scientific basis to better understand the interactions between genetic background and measured phenotypic traits, especially dietary factors on development of obesity.
NetUnion will develop a multi-lingual, multi-site platform to support the collection of clinical data (QDP).
This platform will also be the basis for the Obesity Risk & Behavioural Advice Screening Tool (ORBAST), which measure individual risks using using genetic, behavioural and nutrition factors. (Project started on January 2005)
