The project seeks to provide the scientific basis to better understand the interactions between genetic background and measured phenotypic traits, especially dietary factors on development of obesity.
NetUnion will develop a multi-lingual, multi-site platform to support the collection of clinical data (QDP).
This platform will also be the basis for the Obesity Risk and Behavioural Assessment Tool (ORBAST), which measure individual risks using using genetic, behavioural and nutrition factors. (Project started on January 2005)
