SALUT BN
Salut BN is an innovative online platform offering therapeutic assistance to individuals dealing with Bulimia Nervosa. Utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) methods, it empowers users to gradually reclaim control over their eating habits. The program consists of 7 comprehensive modules, packed with educational resources, illustrative examples, and practical exercises, typically completed within 4-6 months.

Clinical evaluations conducted between 2002 and 2004 in Spain, Sweden, Germany, and Switzerland, indicated that patients using the program benefited from a significant reduction in bulimic behaviour, and related comorbidities. These improvements were superior to patients on wait lists and comparable to patients participating in psycho-educational treatment groups.     (See publication list below)

Since 2005, the Salut BN program has been a valuable resource for various hospitals and community health care organizations across Europe.   However, the Salut BN is nolonger available. After 18 years of continuous service, the program's support officially concluded in September 2023.
